You can register for our events online through our registration portal www.click2race.com by selecting the race of your choice and filling up the registration form with all your details and making the payment through the payment gateway that offers multiple payment options like Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, etc.
For bulk registrations of 25 or more entries, kindly send a email to support@nebsports.com with the subject line as "Bulk Registrations - [name of the event]"
The registration fee covers entry to the event, a timing chip (only for applicable categories), a raceday t-shirt in the size of your choice and a post-run hot breakfast.
The raceday t-shirt is complimentary for all participants. Since the sizes are ordered well in advance based on your size selection during registration, exchange of sizes during the pre-raceday expo will not be possible. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt sizes.
All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.
There are no manual/offline registrations for our events. All registrations have to be done through our registration portal www.click2race.com. If you are unable to register online, kindly send a mail to support@nebsports.com for assistance.
The minimum age for participation in our events are as follows:
5k/3k Fun Run(non-timed)- 6 years
10k/12.5k - 14 years
Half Marathon/25k - 18 years
Full marathon/50k - 18 years
Note : For the 5k/3k Fun Run category, kids below the age of 6 will be allowed to participate only if accompanied by an adult.
Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of the registration fee will not be entertained.However, you can transfer your registration to a different race from NEB Sports’ race calendar by paying the cost difference in registration(if any) and a transfer fee. Requests for transfers will be entertained only till 30 days before the event date for which the original registration was made. For registration transfer requests, kindly send an email to support@nebsports.com with the subject line as "Registration Transfer - [name of the event]".
In case you want to upgrade/downgrade from the category you have registered for, please send a mail to support@nebsports.com with the subject line “Category Change -
Please send an email to support@nebsports.com with the correct details and the details of your registration such as booking ID, email ID used for regn etc, and we will update it.
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction has failed at the payment gateway stage and if the money has been debited from your account, but a confirmation for the registration hasn’t been generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please send an email support@nebsports.com with the details of your registration - date of registration, name, mail id etc and we will follow up to ensure that the issue is tracked and closed.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, Cancelling or other measures deemed necessary.
The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
