Jaipur Full Marathon

1. What are the race categories available at the Jaipur Marathon ?

i) Marathon - 42.2k (Timed)
ii) Half Marathon - 21.1k (Timed)
iii) 10k (Timed)
iv) 5k Fun Run (Non-timed)

2. When is the event happening? What are the timings?

The event is scheduled for 17th November 2024 . Timings of the event will be published closer to the race day.

3. What is the cut-off timing for each category?

The cut off times for the respective categories are as follows
Marathon - 6 hr 30 mins
Half Marathon - 3 hr 30 mins
10K - 1 hr 30 mins
5K - 45 mins

4. What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers entry to the event, a timing chip (only for applicable categories), a raceday t-shirt in the size of your choice and a post-run hot breakfast.

5. Will I get a raceday t-shirt?

The raceday t-shirt is complimentary for all participants. Since the sizes are ordered well in advance based on your size selection during registration, exchange of sizes during the pre-raceday expo will not be possible. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt sizes.

6. If I register under the Early Bird offer, will I get the same Race Kit as the other participants?

All the registered participants will get the same Race Kit with the same contents.

7. Can I register manually (offline)?

There are no manual/offline registrations for our events. All registrations have to be done through our registration portal www.click2race.com. If you are unable to register online, kindly send a mail to support@nebsports.com for assistance.

8. Is there a minimum & maximum age limit for participation?

The minimum age for individual participation in our events are as follows
5k Fun Run - 12 years
10k Run - 15 years
Half Marathon (21.1 km) - 18 years
Full marathon (42.2 km) - 18 years

Note : For the 5k Fun Run category, kids below the age of 12 will be allowed to participate only if accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the run.

9. What is the last date for registration?

We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. However, on most occasions it is one month before the race day. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.

10. Can I Transfer/Cancel My Registration? Will There Be Any Refund?

Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of the registration fee will not be entertained. However, you can transfer your registration to a different race from NEB Sports’ race calendar by paying the cost difference in registration(if any) and a transfer fee.
Requests for transfers will be entertained only till 30 days before the event date for which the original registration was made. For registration transfer requests, kindly send an email to support@nebsports.com with the subject line as “Registration Transfer - Jaipur Full Marathon”.

11. Can I change the category after registration?

In case you want to upgrade/downgrade from the category you have registered for, please send a mail to support@nebsports.com with the subject line “Category Change - Jaipur Full Marathon”.
However, please note that in case of an upgrade, the cost difference in the registration fee will have to be paid, and in case of a downgrade, there will be no refund of the registration fee difference.
All category change requests will be entertained only till 30 days before the event date.

12. Oops! I have made a mistake In one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

Please send an email to support@nebsports.com with the correct details and the details of your registration such as booking ID, email ID used for regn etc, and we will update it.

13. There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction has failed at the payment gateway stage and if the money has been debited from your account, but a confirmation for the registration hasn’t been generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please send an email support@nebsports.com with the details of your registration - date of registration, name, mail id etc and we will follow up to ensure that the issue is tracked and closed.

14. Cancellation Policy

In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
