  1. Customized BIBs: To receive a customized BIB with your name, please make sure to register at least 15 days before the event date.

  2. Non-Transferable Registration:
    Registrations with discounted rates are non-transferable. The registered participants must use the BIB assigned to them.

  3. BIB Expo:
    The BIB Expo will take place one day prior to the event at the designated venue. There will be no BIB Expo on the event day.

  4. BIB Collection on Behalf of Others:
    If someone is collecting BIBs on behalf of other participants, they must present a consent letter from the registered participants in order to receive the BIB.

  5. No On-Spot Registration:
    On-spot registrations will not be available. Participants must register in advance to secure their participation.

  6. BIB Exchange:
    Participants are not allowed to exchange their timing BIBs with others. Each BIB is unique and should only be used by the assigned participant. Any participant found wearing another participant’s BIB will be disqualified.

  7. Proper Placement of BIB:
    Participants must wear their BIB on their chest, ensuring it is visible. Wearing the BIB on the back will result in disqualification from the winner’s list.

  8. Email Updates:
    All event-related updates will be shared via the registered email address.

  9. All participants are required to report at the venue 1 Hour prior to the start-time of their individual events.

  10. Bib and Timing Chip have to be worn at all times during the entire run.

  11. Pacers are not allowed on or off the track during the race. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification of the participant.

  12. No family and friends will be entertained at the food area for participants.

  13. There will be a change in direction of running once every 4 Hours.

  14. Minimum time on track 24 Hour Run is 21 Hours

  15. Minimum time on track 12 Hour Run is 11 Hours

  16. The distance is calculated for the team Relay at 430mts per lap, irrespective of the lane the participant runs in.

  17. It is mandatory for 24 and 12 Hour participants to undergo medical check-up every 6 hours.

  18. The Race Director reserves all rights. Race Director’s decision is final in all matters.

  19. Any participant who takes a break for more than 15 minutes should inform the in-charge officials.

  20. Lanes allocated for the 24 Hour Individual and the 12 Hour Individual run participants – 1, 2, 3 & 4

  21. Lanes allocated for the Team Relay participants – 5, 6, 7

  22. Lane allocation and distance calculation: Participants are strictly advised to run only in the lanes allotted to them. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the participant/team.
    Track 1 : 400 Mtrs
    Track 2 : 407 Mtrs
    Track 3 : 415 Mtrs
    Track 4 : 423 Mtrs
    Track 5, 6, 7 : 430 Mtrs

  23. Eligibility Criteria for Finisher Certificate:
    Participants should have completed the minimum distance as listed below in their respective categories to be eligible for a Finisher Certificate and Finisher medal.
    24 hr Men : 115 km
    24 hr Women : 100 km
    12 hr Men : 75 km
    12 hr Women : 60 km

    The cut-off timing for the 100k individual run is 12 hrs. Participants must finish the 100k run within 12 hrs to be eligible for the Finisher Certificate.

  24. Team Relay – Important Note : Prizes / Podiums will be awarded for the participants in the Team Relay category only if there are 5 or more teams participating in the same category. If there are lesser than 5 teams participating in a category, only finisher medals will be provided to the teams participating in that category.

  25. Cancelation Policy:  In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
    *The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
    *The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company’s guidelines and policies.
