We do not have an option of manual registrations.

Participants for Marathon and Half Marathon must be the age of 18 years as on 15th March 2026; Participants for 10K must be the age of 14 years as on 15th March 2026; Participants for 5K must be the age of 6 years as on 15th March 2026

We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social Media platforms.

No, you will not be able to change the category on the race day.

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email us at supportteam@mysamay.in with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.

A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
*The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.

To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced:
Full Marathon: 6 hrs (1st loop by 3 hrs)
Half Marathon: 3 hours 30 minutes
10K Run: 1 hour 30 minutes
5K Run: 1 hour
Participants who fail to complete the course within the cutoff times will be required to withdraw from the race. If any participant chooses to continue running beyond the cutoff time, no route support will be provided, and an official finisher’s certificate will not be issued.
